This causes headaches all day between artists and customers on desktop and mobile not seeing the same thing while in the same channel. The only way around this, currently, is to make a second render of the image just for discord in 4-8 times the resolution, just so discord doesn't make it look like garbage. However, on Mobile, it blows the image up to a ridiculous size with bad compression artifacts, completely wrecking the art I worked hard on and am trying to show people. When I post an image that is 32x32 or 52x52 (the intended size for end-use by customers), I want it to show in that resolution, just like it does on desktop. it serves no purpose other than to create more work, annoyance and confusion for every pixel artist or emoji artist that uses discord. I don't understand why it needs to be a feature in the first place.

This issue is a massive pain for the artistic community.
